TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We are thrilled to launch "The Experience," a new and innovative selection of immersive learning opportunities through Concentrations . While these trips, tours, and projects will be extremely fun and feature stunning locations/destinations, these Experiences are not merely trips, they are valuable curriculum and will be part of every High School students' learning experience.

All Experiences - pricing and itinerary specifics - are subject to change. Costs communicated in this online catalogue are estimates formulated on current market values and pricing. Experiences are also subject to minimum participation requirements and will also be capped for maximum attendance.

 

Once Experiences are selected/assigned, we reserve the right to review a student's Experience attendance due to conduct inside and outside of the classroom. 

 

Experience attendance will also be coordinated in alignment with second semester extracurriculars and in communication with coaches, directors, and other program-specific personnel.

Experience Selection Process

• Families should sit down together and review the online catalogue and the Experiences offered through each Concentration.

• Every student will then need to select their top three Experience options (some Experiences offer very limited availability).

• Once preferences are submitted, Village Christian staff/leadership will review the data and assign Experiences based on seniority, Concentration, etc.

• Families will then receive information on how to pay the Experience deposit and how to initiate payments if necessary.

Payments/Fees Agreement

By selecting the Experiences during the preference submittal process, students/families understand/agree that they are committing to paying all required fees.
