DESCRIPTION
Students will explore the science behind various food preparation methods and the results of those methods on the taste, appearance, and texture of the completed dishes. An emphasis will be placed on making and enjoying dishes from a variety of cultures.

Students will learn the “why” behind how we prepare food and apply many concepts from many branches of science.
